Paul Caltagirone, Esq. - - -

Born June 2, 1952. Graduated Pace University School of Law 1980; admitted to practice in New York State in 1981; admitted in U.S. District Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts in 1981 and Northern District in 1984; member of American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of American and New York State Trial Lawyers Association.                                                  

While attending law school, Mr. Caltagirone interned as trial assistant in the firm of Kramer, Levine, Nessen, Kamin & Soll of New York City providing trial assistance to partners in federal court litigation. Mr. Caltagirone also interned with the County Attorney's Office of Dutchess County.

Mr. Caltagirone was initially associated with the Office of the County Attorney of Dutchess County handling trials in Family Court and acted as liaison to outside counsel and insurance carriers in tort litigation where he supervised County files. He has prosecuted civil service disciplinary actions as well as Article 78 proceedings in Supreme Court, administrative proceedings before both state and federal administrative agencies. He also prepared appeals in both state and federal court.

Mr. Caltagirone joined the firm of McCabe & Mack in January 1985, became a partner in January 1991, and left April 18, 1997 to join the Law Offices of David B. Sall, Esq. He has handled defense of personal injury litigation files including trials in automobile, premises liability, products liability, construction accident and municipal liability cases; prepares and argues pleadings, motions and appeals, conducts examinations before trial and trials, both jury and non-jury. He is a commercial and automobile arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and a Town Justice in Pleasant Valley.

Mr. Caltagirone joined the Law Office of David B. Sall, Esq. in April of 1997, and became a partner of Sall, Caltagirone & Coleman in January of 1998.
